REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Please make sure that you check all the spelling and make sure that the names are correct. We are unable to refund or replace any planners once you have submitted your order with your spelling.

Please note that we do not accept returns. We will 100% replace any planner that we have made an error in.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH TERM PLANNER CO?

We want everyone to be satisfied with their Term Planner Co Planner. We understand that sometimes things go wrong. Please contact us should you have any issues / are not satisfied and we will look into this.

IS THERE A LOYALTY PROGRAM?

YES! OF COURSE THERE IS! Our clients are most important to Term Planner Co, click on the subscribe button so that you can stay up to date with the latest offers for our loyalty members!

HOW MANY WEEKS ARE YOUR PLANNERS?

Each term is customised to the current year's school term, they range from 10 -12 weeks.

We do not include the school holidays in our planners as we feel it could compromise the space of writing for the crazy terms we all have.

We do however offer a school holidays planner.

HOW ARE THE PLANNERS SHIPPED?

We send all our planners flat packed to try and avoid them being rolled. They have hard carboard inside the envelope as well to protect the planner as well.

Shipping can take up to 2 weeks currently due to COVID-19, we recommend ordering as soon as possible to avoid missing the start of term.

WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL ARE THE PLANNERS?

Our planners are printed on 180gsm thick paper. It allows for all types of markers and highlighters to be used on them.
We recommend purchasing the basics pack to put your planner on.

CAN I HAVE DIFFERENT NAMES IN THE COLUMNS FOR DIFFERENT DAYS?

If you need different names in each column for each day this is ok! We understand that not everyone can have the same information on each day. So please send us an email and we can help you!

IF I HAVE ORDERED A BUNDLE, HOW DOES IT COME?

If you have ordered one of our bundle packs, you will receive 4 individual planners for all 4 terms.
